Delete your account

You can request deletion of your ParentLedger account and the associated data. The fastest path is from inside the app: Settings → Privacy & security → Delete account.

Email request

If you can’t access the app, email us instead:

• Email: support@parentledger.org
• Include the phone number you used to sign up.
• We process deletion requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and authentication data.
• Your messages, schedules, expenses, exchanges, and uploaded documents within your case.
• Push-notification tokens tied to your account.

Data retention

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes (for example, anonymized logs and billing records required by app stores). Shared content posted by other participants in a case stays under their control.
